A. General part<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a7 1 General Information<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Personal data refers to individual information relating to your personal or factual circumstances, i.e. data that discloses your identity or that can be used to determine your identity. This may include your real name, address, telephone number or date of birth. Personal data also includes personally identifiable information, i.e. data that does not refer to you directly but can nevertheless be used to identify you, such as your IP address.<\/li>
  2. Personally identifiable information includes data that is generated in connection with your visit to https:\/\/rpm-invest.de\/en\/<\/a>\u00a0by your client (browser) and is stored in log files on the servers operated by RPM and the technical service providers.<\/li>
  3. We process strictly necessary information within the meaning of Section 25 (2) No. 2 of the Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) in order to operate our website. This information consists of server log files which store the name of the website accessed, the file, IP address, date and time, browser type and the requesting provider.<\/li><\/ol>

    For security reasons (e.g. to investigate acts of abuse or fraud), server log files are stored for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Data that still needs to be stored for evidence purposes is excluded from deletion until the final clarification of the respective incident. Your visits to the RPM website will also result in the automated processing of your personal data in anonymised form. This includes usage data such as the start and end of your visit, the pages you have accessed and the length of time you have spent on the portal. This data is not processed to determine your identity.<\/p>

    In relation to the operation of our website, we process data within the meaning of Section 25 (2) No. 2 TDDDG in order to correctly display content in a graphically appealing manner across all browsers with the help of Google Webfonts. Google Webfonts are transferred to your browser’s cache to avoid the page loading multiple times. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or prevents access, content is displayed in a standard font. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’).
